The Intelligence is Free.

Drop one WordPress shortcode. Visitors engage in an interactive, AI-guided brand strategy session that adapts to their answers. They receive immediate insights and a complete, shareable report, all from live, conversational questions, and in their own words.

Conversational Audits

A guided, multi-step experience that feels like a strategy session, not a form. Visitors answer questions at their own pace, with AI feedback that responds to what they just said.

5-Depth Tiers

From a quick 10‑question brand snapshot to an exhaustive 100‑question deep dive. Users choose how much time they want to invest. You capture exactly the depth each prospect needs.

AI-Generated Insights

Claude synthesizes their answers into a full report: positioning statement, personality read, core brand tensions, and actionable recommendations. Every insight is grounded in their specific responses.

Session Resume

Visitors can leave mid‑audit and pick up exactly where they left off, on any device. No lost progress, no second‑guessing.

Audits Get Attention. Infrastructure Closes Deals.

The free version gives you the hook. The paid version turns it into a client-acquisition system that grows and compounds your brand insights intelligence with every audit.

Lead Capture

Every visitor who completes an audit and submits their email becomes a lead in your dashboard: business name, overall score, and key narrative tensions saved automatically. They raised their hand. You already know their brand story gaps.

In-WordPress CRM

Track every lead from first audit to signed contract: status, follow-up dates, notes, and outreach history in one place. Overdue follow‑ups surface automatically. No separate CRM required.

Questions Editor

Edit any of the 100 built‑in brand strategy questions to match your unique voice and client vocabulary. Lock individual questions so your custom changes survive updates.

Regenerate entire question categories with Claude AI, grounded in your existing questions and custom voice tokens. Keep your audit fresh without starting from scratch.

White-Label Branding

The audit experience, reports, and emails carry your name, your logo, and your colors. Your prospects experience a professional branded tool, not a WordPress plugin.

Publishable Brand Intel Research

Go beyond scores. Aggregate qualitative audit data to reveal recurring tensions, common language patterns, and popular strategy models across your audience. Unlock deeper insights as your data grows, from First Signal (5 completions) to Authority Layer (120+ completions).

Wizard Mode

Add a pre‑audit intake that collects archetypes, tone, competitive framing, messaging keywords, and brand story. The AI uses this to deliver materially richer, more actionable reports.

Your Data Never Leaves Your Server.

You connect directly to Anthropic using your own API key. Usage is billed directly to you by them: no markup, no resale, no intermediary.

Your leads and audit data live in your WordPress database. If you cancel, they stay there. Nothing walks out the door.

This is not a SaaS platform that owns your pipeline. It is a tool that runs on your infrastructure.

Stupid, Simple Pricing

FAQs!

What does the free version actually do?

Everything a prospect needs to feel the strategic gap. Drop the shortcode, and any visitor can complete a full brand audit, conversational and multi-depth, with a complete AI-generated report.

The analysis is complete. What’s missing is the capture: you won’t know who completed the audit, you can’t follow up, and the reports carry no branding. The free version is the hook. The paid version is the system.

Why does it cost $3k?

Because it’s not a plugin. It’s a prospecting system designed to help you land $3k–$10k+ brand strategy engagements.

One solid, closed deal pays for multiple years. If the price feels steep, it might be a signal that the project sizes this tool is built for aren’t the right fit right now; that’s okay.

This isn’t built for volume. It’s built for consultants and agencies who invest in tools that pay for themselves on the first close.

Annual renewals lock in your current price, with no increases as long as you stay subscribed. If you decide to cancel after the trial or not renew, you keep all the premium features of your last paid update; you simply stop getting updates and support.

Is there a trial?

Yes. The free version gives you the full audit engine with no time limit: run as many audits as your API budget allows and get a feel for the depth of insight.

The paid trial gives you 30 days of full premium access: lead capture, CRM, white‑label, question editor, category remix, wizard mode, brand intel, and all future roadmap models.

If it doesn’t close a deal or visibly accelerate one within 30 days, cancel and pay nothing more.

What do I actually receive after purchase?

Two things land in your Polar customer portal immediately: a download of the plugin zip and a license key.

Install the plugin on your WordPress site, enter the key under Settings → API Config, and activate.

The whole setup, including getting your Anthropic API key, takes about 5 minutes.

Do I need to pay for Anthropic on top of the license?

Yes, and that’s by design. You connect your own API key; Anthropic bills you at their rates, with no markup from me. A typical light audit using Haiku costs roughly $0.01. A full deep audit using Sonnet costs roughly $0.05. You control the spending, the keys, and the data. No middleperson.

Are the AI-generated branding insights just templates or actually personalized?

They’re built from the user’s answers. Each report references the specific tensions, language, and examples the visitor provided during the audit. The prompt explicitly bans generic filler and requires that every insight tie back to something the user said.

It’s closer to having a strategist synthesize a client’s own narrative into a coherent diagnosis. You get a briefing you can immediately use in your sales conversation.

Can I white-label this for my clients?

The audit experience, reports, and emails all carry your name, logo, and colors: your clients experience your branded tool, not a WordPress plugin.

The admin dashboard still shows F! Branding, so this isn’t a resellable product under your brand. It’s your private prospecting infrastructure that happens to look like yours to the people it touches.

Does this replace my CRM?

It’s not trying to. The pipeline inside F! Branding is purpose‑built for early‑stage deal momentum: capturing a lead, tracking status, setting a follow‑up, and seeing the audit snapshot.

It’s enough to get from first audit to signed contract without switching tabs. For long-term client onboarding, retainer management, or anything beyond the close, it’s designed to hand off to whatever you’re already using.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays in your WordPress database. Leads, audit data, pipeline notes, none of it is stored on my servers. Cancellation removes access to premium features. It doesn’t touch your data. You built that pipeline; it belongs to you. Do with it as you see fit.

I'm not a developer. Can I actually set this up?

If you can install a plugin and paste a string of text into a settings field, yes. You’ll need an Anthropic account; the API is free to create and pay‑per‑use from there. Getting your API key takes about five minutes. After that: install the plugin, enter the key, and add the shortcode to a page. That’s the entire setup. No code, no custom development, and no ongoing maintenance beyond keeping the plugin updated.

What's the difference between Solo and F! Suite?

Solo is one plugin with all features. F! Suite is both plugins with all their features and shared data to further compound your overall intelligence to publish and distribute more articles, posts, and industry insights based on your real data. Further cement your SEO footprint for your retainer clients.
