What are the F! Insights and F! Branding terms of service?
These terms govern your use of F! Insights and F! Branding — two WordPress plugins sold by Saïd at Martinez Calderon LLC, doing business as Martinez Calderon Co., at fricking.website. By downloading, trialing, or purchasing either plugin, you agree to these terms.
What do F! Insights and F! Branding do?
F! Insights is a WordPress plugin for agencies and consultants. It scans Google Business Profiles, grades them with AI, captures leads, and generates local market intelligence. It runs on your server using your own Google Places API and Anthropic API keys.
F! Branding is a WordPress plugin for agencies and consultants. It runs AI-guided brand strategy audits, captures qualitative lead data, and builds brand positioning intelligence. It runs on your server using your own Anthropic API key.
Both plugins are available individually at $3,000 per year or together as the F! Suite at $5,000 per year. Licenses are per site.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both plugins offer a 30-day free trial of all premium features. No credit card is required. Both plugins also include a permanent free Explorer tier with no time limit. If the trial doesn’t meet your needs, let it expire — nothing is charged.
Who processes payments?
Payments are processed by Polar.sh. Polar handles checkout, tax compliance, and license key delivery. When you purchase a license, your transaction is with Polar. I never see or store your payment details. Your license key is in your Polar customer portal under Benefits → License Keys.
What can I use the plugins for?
You may use the plugins for any lawful commercial purpose on one WordPress site. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or transfer your license to another party
- Reverse engineer the plugins beyond what open-source licenses permit
- Use F! Insights to scan businesses without a lawful basis
- Attempt to bypass license validation or activation
- Use the plugins in ways that violate applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction
Who owns the data the plugins collect?
All scan results, audit data, lead records, and settings are stored in your WordPress database. I have no access to this data. You are the data controller. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any required consent from visitors whose data you process.
Uninstalling a plugin or using its built-in deletion function permanently removes all plugin data from your database.
What third-party services do the plugins use?
| Service | Used by | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Places API | F! Insights only | Business data retrieval |
| Anthropic Claude API | F! Insights and F! Branding | AI report and audit generation |
| Polar.sh | Both plugins | Payment processing and license delivery |
You supply your own API keys. You pay those providers directly at their published rates. I do not intermediate or mark up those costs. I am not responsible for changes to third-party APIs.
What license covers the plugin code?
The core WordPress-compatible code is released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0+). Branding, design, documentation, and marketing materials are my exclusive property. The GPL does not grant rights to use my trademarks or brand assets.
What warranties do you offer?
The plugins are provided as-is. I make no warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I cannot guarantee the plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted.
What is the liability limit?
My total liability for any claim related to these terms or the plugins will not exceed what you paid me in the twelve months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your Polar customer portal. Your license ends. Your data stays in your WordPress database. I can terminate your license if you breach these terms. The following sections survive termination:
- Intellectual property
- Disclaimers
- Liability limits
- Governing law
Can these terms change?
Yes. Material changes will be communicated with an updated effective date and, where practical, direct notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
