What is the refund policy for F! Insights and F! Branding?

I offer a full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked. If you purchased a license and aren’t satisfied, email billing@martinezcalderon.co with your order details. I process refund requests within 3 business days.

Is there a free trial before purchasing?

Yes. Both F! Insights and F! Branding offer a 30-day free trial of all premium features with no credit card required. Both plugins also include a permanent free Explorer tier with no time limit. I encourage you to evaluate thoroughly before purchasing.

How are refunds processed?

Payments are handled by Polar.sh, who acts as the payment processor for all purchases. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Polar. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

In some jurisdictions, Polar may have legal obligations that differ from the terms above — in those cases, their obligations take precedence.

What is the renewal refund policy?

Annual license renewals are not automatically refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel through your Polar customer portal before the renewal date. If you miss it, email me within 7 days of the renewal charge and I’ll review it case by case.

What is the refund policy for the F! Suite bundle?

The F! Suite ($5,000 per year) covers both F! Insights and F! Branding on one site. The same 14-day refund window applies from your first charge. If you want to step down to a single-plugin license rather than cancel entirely, reach out and we’ll work something out.

What is not eligible for a refund?

• Charges older than 14 days (renewals handled as above)
• Licenses terminated for violating the Terms of Service
• API costs charged directly by Google or Anthropic — these are billed by them and outside my control
