Refund Policy
I, Saïd, want you to feel confident purchasing a license for Fricking Local Business Insights. This policy explains your options.
Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial of premium features. No payment is required during the trial. If the plugin does not meet your needs, you can simply let the trial expire with no charge and no action required on your part.
I encourage you to evaluate the plugin thoroughly during the trial before purchasing.
Refund Window
If you purchase a license and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your first charge. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be honored except where required by applicable law.
To request a refund, email me at said@martinezcalderon.co with your order details. I aim to process refund requests within 3 business days.
How Refunds Are Processed
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you buy a license, your contract of sale is with Paddle, not with me. Paddle collects your payment information and issues your receipt. I never see or store your credit card details.
Because Paddle is my Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment method and bank but typically take 5-10 business days to appear.
In some jurisdictions, Paddle may be required by law to issue refunds under different terms. In those cases, Paddle’s obligations as Merchant of Record take precedence.
Renewals
Annual license renewals are not automatically refundable. If you wish to cancel before a renewal date, cancel through your Paddle customer portal before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Refunds for renewal charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of the renewal date.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Charges older than 14 days (except renewals, handled as above)
Licenses terminated for violation of our
Terms of Service
API usage costs charged by Google or Anthropic; these are billed directly by those providers and are outside my control.
