What personal information does fricking.website collect?
When you purchase a license or contact me, I may collect:
- Your name and email address
- License key and activation records
- Support correspondence
I do not collect payment information directly. Polar.sh handles all payment processing under their own privacy policy.
Do the plugins send data to your servers?
The plugins send one type of data to my server: a periodic license check. This check transmits only your license key and a site identifier to confirm your license is active. It does not transmit:
- Scan data or audit responses
- Lead records or pipeline notes
- Visitor information or personal data of any kind
What data do the plugins collect on my server?
All plugin data is stored in your WordPress database. I have no access to it.
F! Insights may store:
- Google Business Profile scan results
- Visitor emails and contact details submitted through your lead capture form
- AI-generated report content
- Pipeline notes
F! Branding may store:
- Brand audit responses submitted by visitors
- Visitor emails and contact details submitted through your lead capture form
- AI-generated brand report content
- Pipeline notes
You are the data controller for all visitor data collected through the plugins. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws — including GDPR and CCPA — and for obtaining any required consent from your visitors.
How do you use the information you collect from me?
I use it to:
- Fulfill your license and manage your account
- Validate that your license is active
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the plugins
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Anthropic and Google API calls are made from your server using your own API keys. These requests are not routed through my servers.
How long do you keep my data?
I keep your purchase and license records for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period after for accounting and legal purposes. All data the plugins store on your server is permanently deleted when you uninstall or use the built-in deletion function. I cannot recover it once it’s gone.
What are my rights regarding my personal data?
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email said@martinezcalderon.co and I will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Is this service intended for children?
No. The plugins and fricking.website are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Can this policy change?
Yes. I will update the effective date when changes are made and notify you of material changes where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
