It doesn't generate tax invoices, integrate with QuickBooks, handle refunds automatically, or send billing-specific emails. If you need invoice compliance for VAT or complex accounting workflows, you'll want a dedicated invoicing tool alongside it. F! Insights handles the charge — the bookkeeping is still yours.

Do I need an existing Stripe account?
Yes. F! Insights connects to Stripe via OAuth — you need a Stripe account with payments enabled in your country. Creating a Stripe account is free.
Does F! Insights take a cut of client payments?
No. F! Insights charges you $300/mo for the plugin. Stripe charges their standard transaction fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢). F! Insights takes nothing.
Can I use a different payment processor?
Currently Stripe only. Other processors are not currently supported.
What happens to billing data if I cancel?
Your Stripe account is your Stripe account — payment history, subscriptions, and customer records stay in Stripe regardless of your F! Insights subscription. The client records in your WordPress database also remain intact.
