What you’re actually buying

Not a system

Each tool is independent. Your rank tracker doesn’t know what your citation finder found. Multiple dashboards, multiple logins, multiple invoices.

No prospecting

No bulk prospect scanner, no free scanner embed, no AI pitch generator. Whitespark helps you manage clients you already have — finding new ones is your problem.

No client billing

No Stripe integration, no built-in invoicing. You’ll need separate tools for that layer of the stack.

Not self-hosted

Your rank history, review data, and client records live in Whitespark’s cloud. Stop paying, lose access.

Priced per location

Reputation Builder is $79/location/mo. At any real agency scale, that number compounds fast — $1,580/mo at 20 locations.

What it does well

Whitespark’s citation tooling is the best in the industry. Their Local Search Ranking Factors research is cited everywhere. The tools are genuinely good. The issue is the model, not the quality.

One plugin, one server, one price

Prospecting built in

Embed the free scanner on your site. Bulk-upload a CSV of prospects. The plugin scores them overnight. AI generates a pitch from the actual scan data.

Client management built in

One dropdown per client: GBP posts, service pages, profile optimizer, rankings, review templates, post cadence. Deep-linked. No context switching.

Review management built in

25 response templates (5 tones × 5 star ratings), review velocity alerts, review request scripts. No per-location fee.

Client billing built in

Connect Stripe, set your pricing, keep 100%. No separate billing platform, no platform cut.

One flat price

$300/mo covers every client, every location, every feature. No per-location math, no per-tool subscriptions.

Self-hosted

Installs on your WordPress site. Everything runs on your infrastructure, stored in your database. Cancel and the data is still yours.

Honest take

Whitespark makes sense if:

  • Citation research and building is a core deliverable
  • You need specialized reputation management at high volume
  • You have a small client count where per-location pricing is manageable
  • You want established tools from a known local SEO brand

F! Insights makes sense if:

  • You want prospecting and delivery in the same tool
  • Per-location pricing doesn’t scale with your business model
  • You want your client data self-hosted, not in a third-party cloud
  • You’re building a productized service and need billing built in

One License. Every Client.

$300/mo. Unlimited locations, unlimited client seats, no per-tool subscriptions.
Can F! Insights replace Whitespark’s citation tools?
No. Citation finding and building are a gap in F! Insights. If that’s a core part of your delivery, you’ll need Whitespark or a similar tool for citations specifically.
Does F! Insights do review request automation?
It includes review response templates and cadence tools, but automated email/SMS campaigns triggered by customer actions aren’t currently supported. That’s on the roadmap.
Does the data really stay on my server?
Yes. GBP data is pulled via your Google API keys. Anthropic API calls go directly from your server — F! Insights has no copy of anything. Your WordPress database is the only place the data lives.
Is F! Insights as established as Whitespark?
No. Whitespark has been around since 2005. F! Insights is newer. If longevity and brand recognition matter for how you position tools to clients, that’s worth knowing.
