What makes it specific

Scan-grounded copy

The GBP scanner runs first. AI reads the output — score, category gaps, review count, website health — and writes from that, not from a stored template.

Names the competitor

The report surfaces who’s outranking the prospect in their category. The pitch names that competitor specifically. ‘You’re behind [Name]’ hits differently than ‘your competitors are doing better.’

States the exact gap

Review count difference, photo recency gap, missing service categories — whichever gap scores worst, the pitch leads with that. Specific problems feel solvable.

Uses the PageSpeed score

Website health is part of the audit. If a prospect’s site is slow, the pitch mentions the score. Concrete numbers are harder to dismiss than ‘your site could be faster.’

Multiple tone options

What it doesn't do. F! Insights generates the message — it doesn't send it. There's no built-in email sender, CRM, or drip sequence. The pitch goes to your clipboard or wherever you copy it. Does it actually sound human?
It uses specific data from the scan rather than generic phrasing. Whether it sounds human depends on how much you edit it. Most users treat it as a strong first draft — faster than writing from scratch, needs a read-through before sending.
What model does it use?
Anthropic’s Claude, via your own Anthropic API key. Your key, your usage costs, your data — F! Insights is the interface, not the model host.
Can I customize the output format?
Tone selection adjusts framing. Specific output format customization (subject line only, short-form LinkedIn message, etc.) is on the roadmap.
Does it work without running the scanner first?
The AI outreach is designed to pull from scan data. Without a scan, there’s no competitor name, no gap data, no PageSpeed score — you’d lose the specificity that makes it work.
